About the Conference

The deadline to register for Summercamp is March 15, 2008.

Ever wonder what Wine Country is like in the month of June?  Well, now you have the opportunityto find out.  Come join the Stanford Center for Biomedical Ethics for Bioethics Summer Camp 2008 at the Hilton Sonoma County, California June 18th-22nd. (When you call, ask for a room in the block called BIOSC, or simply ask for it by name: Bioethics Summer Camp.)

This will truly be a great time, with lots of different things to do such as: wine tastings and vineyard tours, the Charles Schultz Museum, Safari West Wildlife Park, Luther Burbank Home and Gardens, Pacific Coast Air Museum, canoeing, golfing, swimming, boating, hiking, fine dining, networking, and more!

This event is sponsored by the Stanford Center for Biomedical Ethics.

The following summarizes fees for this event:

Rooms: $139 per night
Meals*: $250/adult, $120/kid 12 and under

*Note: In order to keep the fees as low as possible for everyone, there is one flat fee for all meals for the 2008 summer camp. All registrants will need to pay this fee, regardless of whether they will be staying the entire time. This fee includes all meals from dinner on Wednesday through lunch on Sunday, as well as happy hours each evening and coffee breaks each morning.

These fees are subject to change as outings and banquets are added to the program activities.

PLEASE NOTE: Hotel registration is separate from the conference registration.

Refund Policy
General registration is non-refundable. Meal package registration is refundable before April 15, 2008. Activities registration is refundable before April 15, 2008. Cancellations and refunds for lodging will be handle directly through the Hilton Sonoma Wine Country. We cannot issue refunds for canceled hotel reservations.
